Solo founder in New York. I do whatever I want at a high level — architecture, engineering, data science, training, design, fight sports — and since October 2024, that's meant software. Seven AI products in flight, all rehearsing the same thesis: a swarm of agents under one person beats a team of ten.
// About
Architecture in high school, mechanical engineering in college, a data-science internship after, then years training people at Equinox, designing restaurants in NYC, finishing the NYC Marathon in 2025, training MMA, and coaching wrestling at Brooklyn Tech. Software is the latest thing — I learned to code from scratch in October 2024 by building the dashboard that's still on this site.
By day I work at Yuma AI — a subnet inside the Bittensor network. Drako is my alias and the umbrella over everything else: Drako DevOS is the operating layer underneath all of it; the other projects stress-test what one person can ship on top. Read more about Drako →
ADHD operator. I learned the hard way that a swarm of agents beats a team of ten, and that one person with the right operating layer can ship what used to take a startup. The next decade looks more like one-person studios than venture-backed teams. I'd rather ship one quietly excellent thing than seven generic ones — and I'm running seven anyway because they're all rehearsing the same idea.

The operating layer underneath everything else. Orchestration, memory, agent swarms, deploys, observability — wired into a single surface so one founder can run like a small team. The thing I'm inside every day. Open-sourcing September 2026.
Where it started
The first thing I built when I started coding in October 2024. Local AI infrastructure secure enough to live with — ritual, tasks, learning, money, training — on one quiet home screen. On hold until the underlying AI infrastructure is mature enough to do this honestly. Every other Drako product is a vertical proving out a piece of it.
A core 10-stock portfolio with a written thesis for each name and daily/weekly updates flowing from the agent pipeline into dated markdown. Public, transparent, no advice — just the actual positions and the actual thinking.
Daily synthesis filtered through one lens: what's actually shaping the future of society. Heavy on fitness, health, longevity, and the AI-and-systems substrate underneath. Cross-domain cause-and-effect, not headline aggregation.
Consumer
Enterprise
NYC construction intelligence — plain-English queries across permits, ownership records, violations, and building history. 32 datasets backfilled on the search side. Beta opens June 1 to a handful of NYC contractors; landing site live now.
SMB SaaS for boutique gyms — staff dashboard, member ops, AI-assisted workflows. Running across all Gym NYC locations today; broader rollout to other operators rolling through the year. Consumer-facing piece lands in September.
// Now
Heads-down everywhere. The real focus is Drako DevOS — specifically the orchestration layer: how a swarm of agents under one operator coordinates, hands off, and stays coherent across long-horizon work. That's the substrate every other product is being built on.
Chala AI is going to beta at Gym NYC on July 1 — coach-side workspace and member-side check-in are both being polished. DrakoAI opens beta June 1 with 32 datasets backfilled. Gym.AI is live across Gym NYC; consumer release in September. Drako Finance and Drako News are committed to disk daily as markdown — public homework on top of DevOS.
Day job is at Yuma AI — one of the subnets inside the Bittensor network — which is where a lot of my thinking on decentralized agent economies and incentives gets pressure-tested. Drako iOS — the original spark from October 2024 — is on hold until at least 2027; the underlying AI infrastructure isn't honest enough yet to do it right.
"A swarm of agents under one operator beats a team of ten. A one-person studio with the right operating layer can ship what used to take a startup. Everything here is rehearsing that."
— The thesis behind Drako DevOS and every product on top of it.
