// PROJECTS
Different products, different markets, same load-bearing question: what can one person actually do with the right set of collaborators? Each one tests a different piece of the answer.
// Personal · Drako family
Four projects
The umbrella. Tools and surfaces for a single operator — me. The substrate underneath, the iOS dashboard on top, and two content pipelines that publish what the agents are reading and watching.
Workspace · The substrate
The operating layer underneath everything else. Memory, agents, deploys, observability, inbox, mission control — wired into one warm surface so one founder runs like a small team.
Where it started
The first thing I built when I started coding. Local AI infrastructure secure enough to live with — ritual, tasks, learning, money, training — on one quiet home screen. Every other Drako product proves out a piece of this.
Watchlist
A working stock watchlist with running thesis notes. Daily and weekly updates flow from the agent pipeline into dated markdown — public, transparent, no portfolio. Just the thinking out loud.
Daily Synthesis
Daily multi-domain synthesis — political, geopolitical, tech, finance — with three-to-five-level cross-effect analysis. The kind of read that's hard to get from any single feed because no single feed talks across domains.
// Consumer
One project
One product. The deliberate single card in a row of three signals what the umbrella's posture is: I'd rather ship one quietly excellent consumer thing than chase ten.
// Enterprise
Two projects
B2B work. Construction intelligence for NYC contractors and an ops dashboard already running with staff at Gym NYC. Same AI substrate, very different workflows.
Construction · B2B
NYC construction intelligence — plain-English queries across permits, ownership records, and building history. The site is live; the search backend is half-built — five of seven datasets backfilled, public release this summer.
Health · Ops & Floor
Consumer fitness app for NYC. The internal ops dashboard is live with Gym NYC staff at the Lexington location today; the consumer release lands in September. Same substrate, member-facing surface in flight.
// Through-line
Drako is the alias and the umbrella. Read the thesis page if you want the through-line — what each vertical is really proving out and why I'm building all seven from one laptop.
